  If you are looking for an entire property in Mussoorie then Casa Arhan is the place which should be definitely on the list. Not far from Mall road and good parking space for 3-4 cars. We stayed on the ground floor which is a 4bhk apartment. The location, amenities, rooms were really good. It felt like home away from home. The verandah area was really huge.   Nitesh has been a wonderful host. The property is located at a prime location just walking distance away from Mall Road. You get a 180 degree view of Dehradun from the property. The view at night from the terrace is mesmerising.

  Nitesh is a great host! The place is just a kilometre away from the Mall Road and offers a scenic view of the Dehradun city from the terrace and balcony. 
We enjoyed the stay, there were quick replies to all our needs and the bonfire just made our night!

  Nitesh and Rimjhim are great hosts. From incredible decorative touches to quick turnarounds whenever we needed help. The hosts follow a formidable hygiene culture during these times. 

One of the best views in Mussoorie (better than Lal Tibba) is from the place,a terrace

If u wanna move away from Urban hastle and absorb the beauty and serenity of Mussoorie, this is the place. 

You don’t see more reviews of this place coz we were the first guests that the hosts invited.

Pros
1. Super supportive staff.
2. Rooms are cozy and spacious.
3. The view (best you can get along with the terrace....believe me you get to click awesome pics here)
4. Shared kitchen area where u can cook maggie!
Suggestion
- If they could provide meals(in the quoted room tariff) atleast one time i.e breakfast then this would be the steal deal and worth every single penny of yours.

  We are all falling short of words to describe our stay at Casa Arhan luxury homestay. We were a group of 16 members who checked in to their 7 BHK penthouse on 31 Dec, to celebrate a 40th bday as well as New Years. This was one of the best birthdays and New Year celebration we have had. And we cant Thank the hosts enough. Queen of Hills Mussorie is already very beautiful, but the views from Casa Arhan are breathtaking. It can be a mammoth task to host 16 people in addition to other guests that have checked in, but it seemed like a cakewalk for Mr Ravi, our generous hosts Nitesh and Akhilji. We could reach out to them easily for anything. The food at Casa Arhan was lipsmacking, and when compared with other joints on mall road, we realised we were served the best, freshly made, absolutely delicious food at Casa Arhan. The rooms are extremely well kept, clean,  well heated. We have loved our stay here and are waiting to be back! 😊

The Elevated Ground Floor(15ft above ground) at Casa Arhan is a 3-4 BHK and accommodates 12+ guests. There is a massive veranda on the ground floor which is ideal for bonfire setup and experiencing the nature outdoors with full 270 view of the Doon valley. Each room has attached bath. Kitchen is provisioned with all basic utensils and amenities like gas, micro, geyser, RO(water) and 250MBPS internet etc.
